Family Hub

Terms of Use

Effective October 11, 2026

Family Hub is provided by Christopher M Nichols. These terms describe use of the family organizer on Android and iPhone. Contact [email protected] for support.

Your family group

Share family invite codes only with people you want to join. Use the app with the knowledge and permission of the people whose information or location you share. Parents and guardians are responsible for setting up and supervising children's use. Do not use Family Hub to secretly monitor people, harass anyone, or upload content you do not have permission to share.

Location and safety

Location, arrival alerts and travel summaries depend on device permissions, battery settings, GPS accuracy and network access. Updates may be delayed or unavailable. Family SOS alerts your family; it does not call emergency services or provide emergency dispatch. In an emergency, contact your local emergency number directly. Health and medication records are organizational tools, not medical advice.

Family Plus subscriptions

Available plans, prices, billing periods and eligible trials appear in the store purchase screen before you confirm. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the store where you purchased them. Cancel an Android purchase in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions, or an iPhone purchase in Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Deleting the app or your family data does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests are handled under the purchasing store's rules. One active Family Plus subscription can cover the family group connected to it.

Family gallery storage

Storage is shared by the whole family: 1 GB on the free plan and 6 GB with Family Plus. Optional monthly storage subscriptions provide 25 GB or 50 GB total capacity, not an additional allowance or capacity per person. Storage subscriptions are separate from Family Plus and renew until canceled through the purchasing store. Prices appear before purchase. Videos must be no more than 60 seconds and 25 MB. After a plan expires, existing files remain viewable; new uploads pause if usage exceeds the current allowance. You can delete files to free space. Keep your own copies of important family photos and videos.

Your data

The Privacy Policy explains local storage, family sharing and optional location sharing. Settings › Delete my data provides deletion options. Shared information may already have been seen or copied by other family members. Keep a separate copy of information you cannot afford to lose.

Service changes

Features may change as the app develops. We will update these terms when needed. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under applicable consumer law.
